Releasing Obstacles
OM GAM GANAPATAYE NAMAHA
.
This Chant honors Lord Ganesha as Remover of Obstacles in Nature @ Yoga and Hindu philosophy.
Before spending the last decade or more in a deep immersion in Chinese Medicine, I practiced and taught Tantra Yoga & Ayurvedic Medicine.
I bring in this knowledge into all my sessions in various ways. Chanting mantras to God, about God and Divine energy is tool I use more in my personal cultivation practice but can bring this into a healing or more structured Chinese & Ayurvedic sessions when someone is open or desires to connect in this way.
There are many ways to connect to Divine energy and I myself use various tools to connect to Source Energy. I enjoy helping others find their unique way that resonates and if someone is already committed along a spiritual religious, or other natural path we can use what is already cherished and integrated.
During a spontaneous chanting session this morning,
the above referenced Ganesha chant came back to me and I had this deep realization that it is not about having NO OBSTACLES!
V8 Moment [dating myself ;)]
When we allow Divine Grace to enter our hearts
The internal interface with our perceived obstacles shifts and from this clearer vantage point, we are gifted a deeper opportunity to UNDERSTAND the nature of the conflict.
In the fire of PURE AWARENESS, obstacles often transform or disappear on their own as we ALIGN with Divine energy or our Higher Self –superpower INSIGHT. Not an Ego one most likely but one that plants peace in our core.
Transforming Obstacles one moment at a time
I am honored to be of service.
